子宫内膜腺癌组织中FHIT蛋白的表达及其意义 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨子宫内膜腺癌组织中脆性组氨酸三联体（FHIT）蛋白的表达及其意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学EnviSion 法检测20例正常子宫内膜和70例子宫内膜腺癌组织中FHIT表达情况。结果 子宫内膜腺癌组织中FHIT阳性表达率明显低于正常子宫内膜组织（χ2=10.45,P<0.01）；子宫内膜腺癌组织中FHIT蛋白的表达与其病理分级、手术临床分期、肌层浸润深度以及淋巴结转移有关（χ2=4.83～13.12,P<0.01、0.05）。结论 FHIT蛋白表达下降可能与子宫内膜腺癌的发生发展及浸润和转移有关。

［ABSTRACT］ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of FHIT protein in the endometrial adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance. MethodsExpression of FHIT protein was measured by immunohistochemical EnviSion method in the normal endometrium (n=20) and the endometrial adenocarcinoma (n=70). ResultsThe positive rate of FHIT protein in the endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that in the normal endometrium （χ2=10.45,P<0.01）, FHIT protein expression in the endometrial adenocarcinoma closely correlated with pathological grade,clinical stage and myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis （χ2=4.83-13.12;P<0.01,0.05）. ConclusionDecrease in FHIT protein expression may be associated with the progression and lymph node metastasis of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
