【摘要】 目的 用含pMG36EP30重组质粒的乳酸乳球菌口服免疫小鼠,观察其所诱导的小鼠细胞及体液免疫类型。 方法 BABL/C小鼠随机分成疫苗免疫组、乳球菌对照组、生理盐水组,每次分别饲喂5×109个悬浮在缓冲液中的重组乳酸乳球菌、不含重组质粒的乳酸乳球菌及等体积生理盐水。于第27、34及48天从鼠尾静脉取血,分离血清,ELISA法检测免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、γ干扰素(INFγ)、白细胞介素4(IL4)水平。结果 疫苗免疫组IgG水平与乳球菌对照组、生理盐水组比较差异有显著性(F=134.97, q=20.33、19.90,P<0.01)。疫苗免疫组INFγ、IL4水平与生理盐水组及乳球菌对照组比较差异均有显著意义(F=79.20、17.05,q=6.18~16.79,P<0.01)。结论 该口服疫苗能引起小鼠特异性的体液免疫反应并能促进细胞免疫应答。 【关键词】 乳酸乳球菌 pMG36EP30重组质粒 免疫测定 小鼠 [ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo study the changes of immune response in mice after oral vaccination with recombinant lactococcus lactis expressing P30 of toxoplasma gondii.MethodsSixtoeightweek old BALB/C mice were randomly divided into three groups: vaccinated group, nonvaccinated control group, normal saline group. They were separately given 5×109 recombinant L.lactis cells (vaccinated group), L.lactis (nonvaccinated control group) and normal saline (saline group).
