医学检验本科生实习期实践全面质量控制过程的意义 |

［ABSTRACT］ObjectiveTo assess significance of the total quality control in the clinic practice of the laboratorymedicine students. MethodsBased on the theory of total quality control in classroom teaching, some steps to educate the students before the clinical practice were carried out. The students and the teachers summarized our work in different clinic practice stages in order to practice total quality control in clinical practice for the students of laboratory medicine. ResultsThe laboratory medicine students practiced the total quality control process and improved the theory taught. The totalqualitycontrol idea was accepted by most of the laboratory medicine students. The comprehensive ability and qualification of the graduates improved greatly in recent years. ConclusionThe practice of the total quality control has promoted the theory teaching, adapted the change of laboratory medicine, developed the student’s related ability and trained the teachers.

为了适应医学检验向检验医学模式的过渡，检验医学的培养目标对检验专业本科生的教学提出了新的要求。新形式下如何适应医学检验模式的转变及高等教育面向21世纪培养高素质、多向型人才的需要成为检验医学教学的一项新课题。由此，在同学初步认识理解全面质量控制过程的课堂理论教学基础上，临床带教中我们尝试使同学亲身实践全面质量控制过程，现报告如下。
