　　摘要：目的对比研究β、α细辛醚及石菖蒲挥发油对支气管哮喘的药效作用。方法用卵蛋白（OA）雾化吸入致敏法复制豚鼠哮喘模型，造模7 d，再喷雾给药7 d后，喷入OA引喘，记录豚鼠哮喘发作潜伏期和跌倒潜伏期；利用豚鼠离体气管片，观察记录药物对气管平滑肌的张力的影响。结果β细辛醚、α细辛醚及挥发油都有延长模型豚鼠哮喘发作潜伏期和跌倒潜伏期的作用；均能拮抗组胺和乙酰胆碱松驰豚鼠气管平滑肌。结论β、α细辛醚及挥发油都有一定的抑制模型豚鼠哮喘发作的作用，三者都有对抗组胺或乙酰胆碱所致气管平滑肌收缩的作用。提示β、α细辛醚及石菖蒲挥发油都有一定的平喘作用。

　　Comparative Investigation on the Drug Effect of βasarone, αasarone and Volatile Oil of  Acorus tatarinowii Schott. on Bronchial Asthma

　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate and compare the drug effect of βasarone, αasarone and volatile oil of Acorus tatarinowii Schott. on bronchial asthma. MethodsAsthma model in guinea pigs was made by inhalation with ovalbumin. Medication of spray administration was used after 7 days and treatment course was also 7 days. Then asthma was induced and we recorded the falling down latent period of induced asthma. We used the trachea pitches in vitro of guinea pigs to test the drug effect on smooth muscle of trachea.
