　　摘要：目的研究决明子降血脂的有效部位。方法采用系统溶剂提取法对决明子进行分部位提取，制得决明子提取物。建立小鼠高脂血症模型，对各提取物进行降血脂药效学研究，确定决明子降血脂有效部位。结果决明子正丁醇提取物具有明显的降血脂作用，能显著降低高脂血症小鼠血清总胆固醇（TC）和甘油三酯（TG）。结论 正丁醇提取物为决明子降血脂有效部位。

　　Study on the Effective Part of Reducing Blood Lipid in Semen Cassiae

　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the effective part of reducing blood lipid in Semen Cassiae.MethodsThe extracts of Semen Cassia were processed by dissolvent subsection-extracting, and then adopt hyperlipidemia model by mice to study the pharmacological effect of the different extracts from Semen Cassiae. ResultsThe n-BuOH extracts have obvious action of reducing blood lipid. It can notably lower total cholesterin （TC）and glycerinum( TG ) in serum from mice of hyperlipidemia.ConclusionnBuOH extracts is the active part of reducing blood lipid in Semen Cassiae.
