| [高血压医学论文] ［摘要］ 目的 了解目前公务员亚健康状态的分布及探讨其影响因素。方法 采用多媒体显微诊断仪（THMMDI）检测及调查问卷对1823例公务员进行亚健康调查，并对调查结果进行单因素及非条件多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 公务员亚健康状态发生率为48.82%，多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示影响亚健康状态的相关因素主要有年龄、吸烟、饮酒、工作压力、体育锻炼。结论 公务员亚健康状态发生率相当高，主要应该通过注意劳逸结合、克服不良生活习惯、加强体育锻炼、调整饮食结构等措施来改善健康状况。

Investigation and analysis of sub-health status in Government Officials
［Abstract］ Objective To study the sub-health status of the government officials and to probe into the main risk factors.Methods 1823 government officials were examined by THMMDI and those people tested positive were selected for questionnaire survey.Logistic regressions including monofactorial and multifactorial analyses were adopted to analyze the risk factors for sub-health status.Results The incidence rate of this group of government officials was 48.82%，and the main risk factors were age，smoking，alcohol drinking，delivery pressure and physical exercises.Conclusion Incidence rate of sub-health status was rather high in government officials and measures were recommended to take such as striking a balance between work and rest，giving up bad diet habits and taking more exercises.
