肺癌合并上腔静脉综合征围手术期护理 |
| [高血压医学论文] 【摘要】 目的 探讨肺癌合并上腔静脉综合征围手术期的护理措施。方法 回顾性分析62例肺癌合并上腔静脉综合征围术期的护理经验。结果 62例患者手术后恢复顺利，术后未发生严重并发症。结论 手术是治疗肺癌合并上腔静脉综合征最有效的方法，合理的护理对患者顺利渡过围术期有重要作用。 【关键词】 肺癌；上腔静脉综合征；围术期；护理 【Abstract】 Objective To explore oppropriate and effective peri-operative nursing measures for patients with superior vein cava syndrome (SVCS) due to lung cancer.Methods The experince of peri-operative nursing for 62 cases of SVCS due to lung cancer were retrospectively reviewed.Results All the 62 cases survived the operations and smoothly.Conclusion Surgery is the most effective treatment for cases of SVCS due to lung cancer. Correct and effective peri-operative nursing measures are very important to prevent severe complications in cases of SVCS due to lung cancer. 【Key words】 lung cancer；superior vein cava syndrome；peri-operative period；nursing 肺癌是死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤，上腔静脉综合征是肺癌的严重并发症。肺癌一旦出现上腔静脉综合征，绝大多数患者在短期内(3个月)死亡，常规的化疗、放疗效果极差，外科旁路手术和经皮穿刺置血管内支架，虽能暂时缓解上腔静脉梗阻，但患者仍在短期内因癌转移或上腔静脉综合征加重而死亡［1］。近年来，我院对肺癌合并上腔静脉综合征的患者施行肺癌切除扩大全上腔静脉(部分上腔静脉壁)切除，上腔静脉重建术，获得了……
