溃疡贴联合蓝油烃治疗Ⅲ期褥疮的临床研究 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨溃疡贴＋蓝油烃对Ⅲ期褥疮治疗的护理方法。方法 对2003年1月～2004年11月收治的褥疮患者用溃疡贴＋蓝油烃的方法进行Ⅲ期褥疮的治疗，并实施相应的护理。 结果 Ⅲ期褥疮治愈率为89.47％。结论 溃疡贴＋蓝油烃用于Ⅲ期褥疮的临床效果显著，减轻了患者的痛苦。 【关键词】 褥疮；溃疡贴；蓝油烃；护理 【Abstract】 Objective This study described the treatment of the third period of pressure ulcer with comfeel plus ulcer dressing and unguentum guaiazuleni.Methods This study included the patients with third period of pressure ulcer in hospital from January， 2003 to November， 2004 treated by comfeel plus ulcer dressing and unguentum guaiazuleni. Results The healing rate of the third period of pressure ulcer was 89.47 %.Conclusion We found that the effectiveness of comfeel plus ulcer dressing and unguentum guaiazuleni in curing the third period of pressure ulcer is noticeable and it can give the patients relief from the pain. 【Key words】 pressure ulcer；comfeel plus ulcer dressing； unguentum guaiazuleni；nurse 褥疮其实质就是压迫性溃疡或压疮［1］，褥疮的发生常……
