强脉冲光和染料激光治疗面部毛细血管扩张症疗效比较 |
[高血压医学论文] 【摘要】 目的 探讨强脉冲光和染料激光治疗面部毛细血管扩张症疗效。方法 利用强脉冲光嫩肤仪和染料脉冲激光机治疗60例面部毛细血管扩张症病例。比较两组临床疗效及副作用。结果 强光组疗效为90%，激光组为疗效93.3%。染料激光痊愈率略高于强脉冲光，二者差异无统计学意义。但强脉冲光无任何副作用，染料激光出现色素沉着及色素减退等副作用。结论 强脉冲光嫩肤仪为治疗面部毛细血管扩张的有效、安全的方法。

Research of the treatment in facial telangiectasia by
intense pulsed lightand pulsed dye laser
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the curative effects of intense pulsed light and pulsed dye laser in the treatment of telangiectasia.Methods Equal30cases in60facial telangiectasia patients were treated with intense pulsed light(IPL)or pulsed dye laser(PDL)respectively，and the clinical curative effects and side effects were comˉpared.Results The IPL group showed90%curative rate without any side effect，whereas the curative rate of PDL group was93.3%and side effects such as pigmentation and depigmentation were observed.Conclusion The result showsthat IPL is an effective and safe method of the treatment of facial telangiectasia.
