【摘要】  目的：探讨美托洛尔对慢性心衰（CHF）患者心脏神经内分泌以及心功能的影响。方法：CHF 患者30例，分别于常规治疗（基础组，16例）和美托洛尔（美托洛尔组，14例）治疗3个月。治疗前后用同位素放免法测定血浆脑钠尿肽（BNP）水平以及心功能。心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测心功能观察治疗前后两组BNP水平以及心功能的变化。结果：①两组血浆BNP水平都显著下降（P均＜0.05）组间下降程度有显著差异（P＜0.05）美多洛尔组明显大于基础组（P＜0.05）。②美托洛尔治疗后NYHA心功能分级改善（P＜0.05）。结论：CHF患者在常规治疗基础上加用美多洛尔治疗3个月，可显著改善心功能。

　　The Effect of Metoprolol on Plasma of Brain Natriuretic Peptides(BNP),and the Left Ventricular Function in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

　　　Abstract： Objective： To investigate the effects of metoprolol on cardiac neuroendocrine system and the left ventricular function in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Method： 30 CHF patients were randomly assigned to receive metoprolol or control in addition to standard therapy for a total of 3 months.
