【摘要】  目的：研究贝那普利联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效。方法：46例糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者随机分成3组，观察组接受贝那普利和缬沙坦联合治疗；设置两个对照组，贝那普利组接受贝那普利治疗；缬沙坦组接受缬沙坦治疗。治疗12周，观察期间每月检测一次24h尿蛋白定量、肾功能及血钾。基础治疗均使用胰岛素和（或）口服降糖药，必要时加用钙拮抗剂等降压药物，严格控制血糖和血压在正常范围。结果:治疗12周患者尿蛋白均有不同程度下降，观察组尿蛋白下降程度明显优于对照组，差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）。所有病例均未发生高钾血症和肾功能恶化。结论:贝那普利联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病明显降低尿蛋白、提高疗效。

　　The Value of Treating Diabetic Nephropathy with Benazepril and Valsartan

　　　Abstract： Objective: To observe the clinical effective of combination of benazepril and valsartan on treating diabetic nephropathy. Method: 46 patients with diabetic nephropathy in IV phase were randomly divided into three groups.
