　　［摘要］ 目的：探索对冠状动脉旁路移植术患者应用手术全期护理之护理过程。方法：对22例冠状动脉旁路移植患者密切观察，在手术前、中、后期收集资料，根据不同时期患者的特征给予不同的护理模式。结果：在整个护理过程中，改善了患者焦虑不安的情绪，使之有信心接受手术，安全度过整个手术过程，提升了手术后自我照顾能力。结论：提高了对患者的治疗效果,无护理并发症发生，加强了护患之间的信赖关系。

　　Whole Period Nursing of Coronary Artery Bass Grafts

　　Abstract: Objective To explore the whole period nursing of operation in patients with Coronary artery bass grafts. Methods Observing complications were systematically performed in 22 cases before operation, during operation, after operation, given deferent nursing mode during deferent period. Results Ameliorated a source of anxiety of patients, had a lot of confidences to accept operation and get through operation process, exaltation ability of take care themselves after operations. Conclusions Improve curative effect, none nursing complications appeared after operation, Strengthen trusting relationship between nurses and patients.
