　　［摘要］ 目的：探讨超声引导穿刺注射硬化剂治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效。方法：应用超声引导穿刺卵巢囊肿，行负压抽吸囊液后，随后注入无水酒精，定期动态观察，检测囊肿变化并准确记录。结果：37例卵巢囊肿中，治愈32例(86.48%)，显效3例(8.11%)，有效1例(2.70%)，无效1例(2.70%)，总有效率(97.30%)。结论：超声引导穿刺注射硬化剂治疗卵巢囊肿疗效显著，成为卵巢囊肿的首选治疗方法。

　　Punceure and Lnjection the Sclerosing Agent with Ultrasound Guiding Cure Orarian Cyst

　　Abstract:Objective Explore treatment effect of ovarian cyst with injecting sclerosing agent by ultrasound leading.Methods Use ultrasound guding,ovarian cyst be punctured,then cyst fluid be drawed out,and then the ankydrous alcohol be injected in.lt be observed the change and regularly recording.Results Cured ovarian cysts have 32(86.48%) in 37 cases;obvious effect have 3(8.11%);effect has 1(2.70%);useless has 1(2.70%);Total treating effective ratio are 97.30%.Conclusion Treating effect is obvious with puncture and injection the sclerosing agent by ultrasound guiding and is the first cured method.

　　超声引导下的囊肿抽吸和酒精硬化治疗已成为肝囊肿和肾囊肿的首选治疗方法，而卵巢囊肿的硬化剂治疗临床报道较少。1999年5月至2004年2月，笔者利用超声引导经皮穿刺注射硬化剂治疗卵巢囊肿37例，效果满意，报告如下。
