【摘要】  鼻咽癌是一种发病因素较复杂的常见病，其目前治疗仍以放疗与化疗为主，支持治疗为辅。在我国随着放射物理、放射生物及放射技术迅速发展，使鼻咽癌放疗效果达到世界先进水平。从报道得知鼻咽癌患者5年生存率在60%～70%。尽管放射技术迅速发展，但放射损伤及患者心理障碍是医护人员永远不能忽视的问题，两年来对我科收治135例患者放射治疗中出现机体损伤进行针对性护理，减少病人痛苦，降低放射并发症达到了放疗效果，提高了整体护理素质。
