[初中职业教育论文] 摘要：《品德与生活》课程是以儿童的生活为基础的活动型综合课程，实践活动占了很大份量，我们在组织实践活动的整个过程 ，都要考虑到孩子。关注孩子，以更好地设计活动；了解孩子，以更好地组织活动；相信孩子，以更好地开创活动；发展孩子，让活动走出课堂。另外，我们应该因地制宜、因陋就简、接近自然、接近儿童的实际生活。总之，我们应在实践活动中帮助儿童树立正确的价值观，并在正确的价值观引导下，在生活中发展，在发展中生活，从而为每一个孩子学会做人打下良好的素质基础。

Abstract: "Personal character And Life" the curriculum was take child's life as the foundation activity synthesis curriculum, practice has accounted for the very great component, we in the organization practice entire process, must consider the child. Attention child, by well design activity; Understands the child, by well organized activities; Believes the child, by founds the activity well; The development child, lets the activity go out the classroom. Moreover, we should act as circumstances permit, adapt to the simple life, the close nature, the close child's practical life. In brief, we should help the child in practice to set up the correct values, and under the correct values guidance, develops in the life, lives in the development, thus learns the personhood for each child to build the good quality foundation.
