【摘要】 目的 运用循证医学方法,对中药治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMT)的临床疗效进行系统评价。方法 计算机检索“万方数据资源系统数字化期刊群”、“中文科技期刊数据库”、“中国期刊全文数据库”、“中医药期刊文献数据库”,在评价文献质量的基础上纳入文献,合并治愈率与有效率结果进行Meta分析。结果 纳入8篇文献,中药治疗EMT治愈率高于西药对照组,有效率与西药对照组相当,无明显不良反应。结论 中药治疗EMT效果优于西药,但由于入选文献存在的方法学问题,有可能影响研究结果的真实性,欲得出更加可靠的结论,还有待进行设计严谨的大样本、多中心、随机对照试验。

Abstract：Objective To assess the effectiveness of Chinese medicine treatment in endometriosis (EMT) by evidence-based medicine methods. Methods Retrieve articles mainly from Wanfang data, VIP information, CNKI and China TCM Database. Bring the articles report into research on the basis of strict quality evaluation. Consolidate cure rate and effective rate for meta-analysis. Results Based on 8 articles report, cure rate of Chinese medicine treatment is superior to western medicine treatment, and effective rate is equivalent to western medicine treatment.
