银杏叶提取物注射液在木糖醇输液中的稳定性考察 |

【摘要】 目的考察注射用银杏叶提取物与木糖醇输液的配伍稳定性。方法利用高效液相色谱法测定银杏叶提取物在木糖醇输液中于4℃、25℃和37℃条件下0~6 h内含量变化情况,并同时观察记录配伍溶液0~6 h内外观、pH值变化情况。结果0~6 h内,银杏叶提取物在木糖醇输液中的含量、颜色及pH值无显著变化。结论银杏叶提取物与木糖醇输液配伍后0~6 h内稳定。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the compatible stability of Ginkgo biloba extract (EGb) injection and xylitol injection. MethodsVariations of EGb content in xylitol injection were determined by HPLC, the pH was determined with pH meter and the color and clarity were assessed at 4℃,25℃,37℃ during 0~6 hours . ResultsNo obvious variations were found in the content of EGb injection, the color and the pH value within 6 hours. Conclusion EGb injection can be used with xylitol injection for 6 hours.
