【摘要】 目的对湖南产杨梅树皮中黄酮类活性成分进行研究。方法用95%乙醇提取及各种柱色谱法分离,波谱法鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了6个化合物,其结构分别为槲皮素(Quercetin, 1)、杨梅素(Myricetin, 2)、异槲皮苷(Quercetin3OβDglucoside, 3)、槲皮苷(Quercetin3OαLrhamnoside,4)、杨梅苷(Myricetrin, 5)、杨梅素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Myricetin3OβDglucoside, 6)。结论1,4,6为首次从杨梅属中分离得到;2为杨梅树皮的主要化学成分,该植物可作为杨梅素的资源植物加以开发利用。

AbstractObjectiveTo study the flavonoid constituents of the bark of Hunan Myrica ruba. MethodsThe chemical constituents were separated and repeatedly purified by methods of chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by UV, IR, MS and NMR. ResultsSix flavones were obtained and they were identified as Quercetin(1), Myricetin(2), Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(3), Quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(4), Myricetrin(5) and Myricetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (6). Conclusion1,4,6 were isolated from the bark of Hunan Myrica ruba for the first time.
