Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish a thin layer distinguish project of quality control standards for HuangJing YanHou Tablet. MethodsArtemisia Annuae oil，Menthol，Chlorogenic Acids，Gallic Acid and Glycyrrhizic Acid in HuangJing YanHou Tablet were identified by TLC.ResultsArtemisia Annuae oil，Menthol，Chlorogenic Acids，Gallic Acid and Glycyrrhizic Acid could be detected by TLC. ConclusionThis method is simple，rapid，specific and repeatable，and it can be used for thin layer distinguish project of quality control standard.
