【摘要】 目的 研究泥胡菜的化学成分。方法 对泥胡菜全草的95%(体积分数)乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部分进行色谱分离,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果 分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别为:紫丁香苷,水杨苷,尿囊素,绿原酸。结论 4个化合物均为首次从本属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Hemistepta lyrata.Methods The entire plants were first extracted by 95% of ethanol,then extracted by petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate and nbutanol,respectively.The residue from nbutanol extraction was purified on silica gel column chromatograph and Sephadex LH20 column,respectively.Structures of the purified compounds were elucidated by MS and NMR.Results Four compounds were isolated and identified as syringin (1),salicin (2),allantoin (3) and chlorogenic acid (4).Conclusion Compounds 1 to 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
