【摘要】 目的观察灯盏乙素对卡介苗(BCG)和脂多糖(LPS)诱导的小鼠免疫性肝损伤的影响。方法给雄性小鼠尾静脉注射卡介苗( BCG,每鼠0.025 mg) ,12 d后尾静脉注射脂多糖4 μg,建立小鼠免疫性肝损伤模型,在注射LPS前,小鼠灌胃给予不同剂量的灯盏乙素(50 mg·kg–1,100 mg·kg–1),1次/d,连续12 d。测定血清丙氨酸氨基转氨酶(ALT)活性,计算肝脏、脾脏、胸腺指数,并进行肝脏病理组织检查。结果灯盏乙素可显著抑制免疫性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT活性, 灯盏乙素能显著降低肝损伤小鼠的肝脏指数和脾指数,减轻肝组织病理损伤程度。结论灯盏乙素对BCG+LPS诱导的小鼠免疫性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of scutellarin on immune hepatic injury induced by Calmette-Guerin bacillus vaccine (BCG) and Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in mice. MethodsExperimental immune liver injury was induced by Calmette-Guerin bacillus vaccine (BCG) in male mice by injecting via tail vein ( BCG, 0.025 mg each mouse) Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and LPS(4 μg each mouse) 12 d later. Scutellarin (50 mg·kg–1, 100 mg·kg–1) was given respectively, ig daily, before administration of LPS. The level of ALT in serum, organ (liver, spleen, and thymus gland) index and pathological morphological changes in liver cells were monitored.
