摘要:目的探讨莪术对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法用100%莪术对水煎液定期给小鼠连续灌胃10 d,1次/d,检测其对小鼠抗体产生能力、淋巴细胞增殖以及白介素2(IL-2)产生的影响。结果莪术对以上免疫学指标均有明显增强作用,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论莪术对小鼠免疫功能具有一定增强作用。

Abstract:ObjectiveThis experiment is to discuss the influence of Zedoray on mouse's immune function.MethodsWe filled the stomaches of rats with 100% Zedoray water extract continuously once a day for 10 days,then the effects of Zedoray on mice's antibody production ability,lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 production ability were tested.ResultsZedoray had obvious reinforcement action on the immunology indexes above.Compared with control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).ConclusionZedoray has definite reinforcement action on mouse's immune function.
Key words:Zedoray; Mouse; IL-2; Antibody; Lymphocyte proiferation 莪术为姜科植物莪术、郁金或广西莪术的根茎,味辛、苦、性温,归肝、脾经,有行气破淤、消积止痛之功效,临床上主要用于治疗积滞胀痛、血淤腹痛、肝郁肿大、血滞经闭、跌打损伤等疾病[1]。本文通过检测3个免疫学指标研究并探讨了其对小鼠免疫功能的影响,旨在为莪术的临床应用提供新的思路及理论依据。
