【摘要】  目的 探讨六味地黄软胶囊对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素敏感性及胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法 将214例初诊2型糖尿病患者按体质量指数(BMI)和临床症状分为非肥胖型组103例和肥胖型组111例，2组均又分为六味地黄软胶囊合二甲双胍亚组和二甲双胍亚组。各组在常规饮食、运动指导下予相应药物治疗。采用稳态模型评估胰岛素敏感性，观察各组胰岛素抵抗指数（IR）、胰岛素分泌指数（IS）、胰岛素原（FPI）与免疫活性胰岛素（IRI）比例。结果 肥胖型组2个亚组治疗后FPI/IRI与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；非肥胖型组六味地黄软胶囊合二甲双胍亚组治疗后IR、IS、FPI/IRI与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05，P<0.01)，二甲双胍亚组治疗后IS、FPI/IRI与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；但非肥胖型组IR(%)、IS(%)改善均较肥胖型组明显，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 六味地黄胶囊较适合于2型糖尿病非肥胖型的治疗。

　　【Abstract】  Objective  To observe the effect of Liuweidihuang capsule on insulin sensitive, islet β-cell function of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at first diagnosis. Methods  111 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at first diagnosis were divided into two groups according to BMI and clinical symptoms, non-fat group (n=103) and fat group (n=111),then  the two groups were divided into two subgroups, Liuweidihuang capsule with metformin subgroup and metformin subgroup.……
