The application and Inquiry of miniature teaching in the training of classroom teaching skills

【摘要】微格教学是国外师范教育中普遍采用的，以课堂开设形式培训学生实际操作技能的一种方法。它在理论上广泛吸取了教学设计、教学目标分类、课堂教学相互作用分析、教学评价等先进的教育思想。在实践中，它不仅适应于教育学、心理学的发展，而且迎合了理代教育技术的发展和师范教育改革的需要。本文从微格教学的特征、微格教学的作用、微格教学的程序和微格教学中应注意的问题等四个方面阐述了运用微格教学培训学生课堂教学技能的过程，旨在抛砖引玉，促进微格教学的普及和发展。

    Abstract: Miniature teaching is a method widely used in teachers’ education abroad and it can train students’ practical operating abilities in the form of classroom. It takes in advanced educating ideas such as teaching design, the classification of teaching aims, the analysis of classroom-teaching interaction, teaching evaluation and so on. In reality, it not only adapts itself but also caters to the development of modern teaching reform. I illustrate the process of training students’ classroom teaching skills by means of miniature teaching from the four aspects: the characteristics of miniature teaching, the function of miniature teaching, the procedures of miniature teaching and the problem we should pay attention to in miniature teaching. I intend to cast a brick to attract jade and speed up the popularity and development of miniature teaching.
