流式细胞仪检测健康儿童T淋巴细胞亚群及其绝对计数的研究 |
| [高血压医学论文] 【摘要】 目的 建立健康儿童T淋巴细胞亚群及其绝对计数的正常参考值。方法 采用流式细胞术，通过四色荧光标记，在绝对计数管（TruCount tube）内进行T淋巴细胞亚群的检测及绝对计数分析。结果 健康儿童T淋巴细胞（CD3+细胞群体）占淋巴群体的百分率为(65.16±7.05)%，绝对计数为(2029.75±718.85)个/μl全血，辅助性T淋巴细胞（CD3+CD4+细胞群体）占淋巴群体的百分率为(38.61±6.15)%，绝对计数为(1226.00±482.44)个/μl全血，抑制性T淋巴细胞（CD3+CD8+细胞群体）占淋巴群体的百分率为(23.38±7.31)%，绝对计数为(639.30±270.77)个/μl全血，CD4/CD8比值为1.86±0.80。结论 利用流式细胞仪进行外周血T淋巴细胞亚群检测及绝对计数分析，快速、客观、准确，可作为临床常规检验项目，辅助诊疗。 【关键词】 流式细胞术；T淋巴细胞亚群；细胞绝对计数 【Abstract】 Objective To establish the normal range of T lymphocyte subset and absolute count in child.Methods Flow cytometric analysis with four color fluorescence staining in Trucount tube. Results In child， T lymphocyte (CD3+) percentage and absolute count is 65.16±7.05 and 2029.75±718.85 respectively， CD3+CD4+ subset is 38.61±6.15 and 1226.00±482.44 respectively，CD3+CD8+ subset is 23.38±7.31 and 639.30±270.77 respectively， CD4/CD8 ratio is 1.86±0.80.Conclusion Flow cytemetry determined detection of T lymphocyte subset and absolute count seems to be rapid objective and precise method， and as clinical test item， it aids to diagnosis and therapy. ……
