补气化瘀法治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效观察 |

【摘要】 目的 观察补气化瘀法治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 采用自拟补气化瘀汤（太子参、黄芪加血府逐瘀汤加减等）治疗稳定型心绞痛患者32例并与对照组30例（两组病例均经冠状动脉造影或EBT证实有冠状动脉狭窄）进行对照观察，疗程为2个月；其后间断治疗，并随访1~2年。结果 治疗组的有效率为96.8%；对照组有效率为76.7%，两组差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。治疗组无一例需介入治疗；对照组4例进行旁路手术或冠脉支架治疗。结论 提示补气化瘀法能有效地缓解心绞痛发作，减少介入法的应用。 【关键词】 冠状动脉疾病；稳定型心绞痛；中医药疗法 Effect of Chinese medicine on treatment of stable angina pectoris by coronary artery disease 【Abstract】 Objective This paper is to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of stable angina pectoris caused by coronary artery disease.Methods Two groups with around 30 patients in each group were selected and the observation kept for two months.The therapy of the treating group was using traditional Chinese herbal drug and the contrasting group using general prescription.Results In treatment group，the effective rate is 96.8%，the control group 76.7%，(P＜0.05).Conclusion The succeeding visits to the patients in 1~2 years indicate that treated patients were not necessary to take bypass operation or stent implanta……
