脂康调节高脂血症家兔肝脏LDL-R mRNA水平的实验研究 |
| [高血压医学论文] 【摘要】 目的 通过建立新西兰家兔高脂血症模型,探讨肝脏低密度脂蛋白受体基因水平与高脂血症形成的关系。方法 （1）建立高脂血症家兔模型；（2）应用原位杂交方法检测肝脏低密度脂蛋白受体基因水平。结果 （1）成功建立高脂血症家兔模型；（2）脂康方剂可有效降低血脂水平，并能有效上调肝脏低密度脂蛋白受体基因水平。结论 脂康方剂可激活肝脏细胞膜LDL-R基因表达，使LDL-R的活性增强，从而加速脂蛋白的分解，有效调节血脂水平。 【关键词】 高脂血症； 低密度脂蛋白受体； 基因表达 Study the effect of Zhikang on blood-lipid and low density lipoprotein receptor mRNA in rabbit 【Abstract】 Objective To study the immune mechanism of Zhikang to control the development of hyperlipidemia.Methods (1)To set up hyperlipidemia models of New Zealand rabbits.(2)To observe the pathological changes in liver.(3)To study the effects of Zhikang by detecting the levels the gene of low density lipoprotein receptor through ISHH(in situ hybridization histochemistry). Results (1)A hyperlipidemia model was successfully established by using high-fat diet in New Zealand rabbits.(2)Zhikang can effectively reduce the level of lipids and it can increase the levels of the gene of low density lipoprotein receptor. Conclusion Zhikang can effectively reduce the level of lipids and improve the condition of atherosclerosis ,at the same time,it can effectively regulate the immune functions on the levels of gene of lo……
