保存温度与时间对葡萄糖和血脂四项结果的影响 |
[高血压医学论文] 【摘要】 目的 分析保存温度与时间对血浆葡萄糖、血清血脂4项指标测定结果的影响。方法 采集10名自愿受试者空腹静脉血,将离心后的血浆和血清分装,分别放置室温(22℃)、4℃和-20℃,测定不同保存时间的血浆葡萄糖(Glu)和血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的浓度。结果 室温条件下Glu测定值随放置时间而显著降低(P<0.001),4℃放置2~6h和-20℃保存7天的Glu检测值差异无显著性。HDL-C室温、4℃放置不同时间测定值差异无显著性(P>0.05)。TC、TG和LDL-C室温2h、4℃4h内的检测结果相对稳定,未见差异有显著性。但-20℃7天保存的标本,除LDL-C外,其他血脂3项均与即刻检测结果有差别。结论 4℃条件下保存的分离标本,在2~4h内的血糖和血脂4项检测结果比较稳定,不会影响研究结果。

【Abstract】 Objective To examine the impact of preserving condition (temperature and duration) on blood sample concentration in laboratory assay.Methods Venous blood samples were taken after overnight fasting from 10 volunteers,plasma glucose,serum lipids(including TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C) were measured by autobiochemistry analyzer.Venous plasmas and serums from subjects were preserved at room temperature (22℃),4℃and -20℃,respectively for various duration to measure the concentration of glucose and lipids.Results At ……
