恶性肿瘤组织中结核杆菌DNA的检测 |
[高血压医学论文] 目的 探讨结核杆菌感染与恶性肿瘤的关系。方法 采用多聚酶链反应(PCR)技术检测两种恶性肿瘤组织中结核杆菌DNA(TB-DNA)。结果41例恶性肿瘤组织中检出TB-DNA阳性患者8例，占19.5%，且TB-DNA阳性患者肿瘤发病部位基本与结核病的好发部位一致。结论结核杆菌感染可能与一些恶性肿瘤 存在特殊相关性。
Detection of tuberculosis DNA in Some malignant Tumors Abstract To study the relation of mycobacterium tuberculosis infection with malignant tumors.Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) assay was used to detect tuberculosis dNA(TB-DNA)in two kinds of malignant tumors.TB-DNA was detected in 8 of 41 malignant tumor tissues(19.5%),moreover,the incidence locations of TB-DNA positive malignant tumors were mostly similar to that of tuberculosis.There is probably a special association between mycobacterium tuberculosis infection and some malignant tumors.

据估计，全世界约有1/3的人口感染结核杆菌［1］，结核杆菌特别是其细胞壁缺陷型(L型)与肿瘤的关系引起人们注意。我们应用多聚酶链反应技术对两种恶性肿瘤进行结核杆菌DNA(TB-DNA)的检测，探讨结核感染与恶性肿瘤的关系。
1 材料与方法
1.1 材料 收集南方医院病理科1994年以来手术切除诊断明确的肠原发性恶性淋巴瘤20例及女性肺癌21例，所有标本常规石蜡切片，HE染色，光镜观察，部分病例做免疫组化标记LCA、L26、UCHL-1、Mac387等，同时回顾分析临床资料。
