【摘要】 目的：探讨Apelin与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)及其严重程度的关系。方法：将于我院行睡眠呼吸监测的患者分为OSAHS组及非OSAHS组，各组依据体质量指数(BMI)分为肥胖、超重、正常体重组，OSAHS组还根据呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)分为轻、中、重度组。比较各组受试者血浆apelin的水平(ng·ml-1)。结果：OSAHS组apelin水平明显高于相应体重的无OSAHS组，中、重度OSAHS组apelin水平无差异;非OSAHS组及轻、中度OSAHS组中，肥胖者apelin水平明显高于正常体重者;重度OSAHS组中，肥胖、超重、正常体重组间apelin含量无差异。血浆apelin水平与AHI、BMI正相关，与最低血氧饱和度、平均血氧饱和度负相关。结论：肥胖和OSAHS均可以引起apelin水平的增高，apelin与OSAHS及其严重程度相关。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the relationship between apelin and obstructive sleep apneahypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods: We selected the OSAHS group and nonOSAHS group, from the patients ongoing monitoring of sleep apnea in the sleep disorder center in Zhongda Hospital of Southeast University. The groups of data were divided into obesity, overweight, normal weight group, in the mean time, each OSAHS group was divided into mild, moderate and severe group.
