额叶底部脑挫裂伤后血清BDNF浓度变化及意义 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨额叶底部挫裂伤患者血清中脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)浓度变化及其临床意义。方法 用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测50例健康人和52例轻、中度额叶底部脑挫裂伤患者血清中BDNF浓度在伤后12 h内、3天、7天、1个月的变化规律并结合伤情进行比较分析。结果 52例额叶底部脑挫裂伤患者血清BDNF浓度在伤后12 h内已较正常对照组升高;第3天显著升高，达所测时间点的高值;第7天所测浓度已降低，但仍高于正常对照组;1个月与正常对照组浓度差异无统计学意义;不同受伤程度的患者其血清BDNF浓度差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BDNF在额叶底部脑挫裂伤后的含量变化与损伤时间、损伤程度具有相关性，可以作为临床额叶底部损伤时间、损伤程度、发现隐匿型额叶底部挫裂伤、及时发现挫裂伤加重情况及评估其治疗效果的指标。
