局部止血材料临床应用现状 |

【摘要】 止血是临床治疗的重要部分，本文简要概括了目前国内外临床常用的数种局部止血材料的性能、止血机制及其缺陷，有助于外科医生了解外科局部止血材料的止血特性和掌握其正确的使用方法，并展望未来止血材料的发展趋势。

Abstract: Hemostasis is an important part of clinical treatment.This paper reviews the mechanisms,performance and shortcomings of different clinical topical hemostatic agents，which is helpful for surgeon to know the characteristics of topical hemostatic agent and the right method to use it.At last the paper forecasts the development tendency of hemostatic agent in the future.

止血是临床治疗的重要组成部分。有效的止血是手术患者生命安全的必要保障；其次，还可减少术区积血，有利伤口愈合、减少感染等并发症。现临床上应用的局部止血材料品种、原理复杂，为促进临床正确选用局部止血材料，现对临床外科常用的止血材料进行简要综述。
1 常用的局部止血材料
局部止血材料已广泛应用于外科临床，各种动物实验和临床应用已给予了充分肯定，但不同止血材料有着不同的止血机制及其使用限制性。
