川芎嗪对支气管哮喘患者外周血TGFβ1水平的影响 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨支气管哮喘患者外周血转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factorβ1, TGFβ1)浓度的变化及中药川芎嗪对其影响。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测80例正常健康人(对照组)，160例住院患者(中度80例，重度80例)外周血TGFβ1，并对患者分别给予常规治疗、常规治疗+川芎嗪治疗，用药前后分别检测外周血TGFβ1，结合疗效进行对比分析。结果 患者组外周血TGFβ1浓度明显高于对照组(P< 0.05)，而且患者组中度病情组外周血TGFβ1浓度明显低于重度组(P<0.05)。加川芎嗪治疗组支气管哮喘患者治疗后外周血TGFβ1浓度较治疗前有不同程度降低，而且较常规治疗组降低明显，有显著性差异(P<0.05)。加川芎嗪治疗组患者疗效优于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论 TGFβ1与哮喘的发病有关。川芎嗪能够抑制外周血TGFβ1的表达，有利于缓解病情。

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the change of transforming growth factorβ1 (TGFβ1) in peripheral blood in patients with bronchial asthma and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Ligustrazine on it. Methods We recruited 80 normal healthy people as the control group and 160 hospitalized patients, including 80 moderate cases and 80 severe cases of bronchial asthma.
