蛇床子素注射液的制备及稳定性考察 |

【摘要】 目的：探讨蛇床子素注射液的处方及制备工艺并考察其稳定性。方法：采用紫外分光光度计测定注射液的含量，用初匀速法考察制剂在室温25℃下的贮存期和对强光的稳定性。结果：蛇床子素注射液对光稳定性较差，在25℃下蛇床子素注射液贮存期为198年。结论：本品制备方便，工艺可行，稳定性试验符合Arrhenius指数规律。

【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To study the preparation and stability of osthole injection. Methods:The UV method was used for the determination of content and prediction of expiry was studied by initial average rate methods at room temperature（25℃）.The stability under stronglight was investigated as well. Results:The stability is poor under the condition of stronglight,the expiry term predicted at 25℃ is 198 year. Conclusion:The preparation procedure of the injection is simple, convenient. The stability test was in consistent with Arrhenius exponent rule and convenient.
