【摘要】 目的 探讨Ⅱ～Ⅳ期混合痔的手术方法。方法 对吻合器痔环状切除（PPH）手术治疗Ⅱ～Ⅳ期混合痔97例患者手术效果、术后并发症回顾性分析。结果 97例手术患者症状缓解率100%，无复发，术后并发症明显减少，患者满意率高。结论 PPH术是一种操作简单，手术时间短，住院时间短，复发少，恢复快，确实可行的一种治疗混合痔的新术式，手术效果好

［Abstract］ Objective To discuss the operation methods of Ⅱ～Ⅳ period mixed hemorrhoids disease.Methods To analyze retrospectively te operation effect and postoperative complications of 97 cases with PPH operation from 2003 to 2007.Results For 97 cases their remission rate was 100 percent,postoperative complications were reduced clearly,and had a high rate which patients were glad to.Conclusion The results show that PPH is a realistic and practicable new therapy to treatment of mixed hemorrhoids disease,which has good effect,simple procedure,short time for operation and to stay at hospital,quick recovery and no recurrence.

我们自2003年3月至2007年3月开始对97例Ⅱ～Ⅳ期混合痔患者采用了吻合器痔环状切除（PPH）术，其术后手术疗效好，无复发，并发症明显减少。现报告如下。
