川芎嗪胶囊治疗脑血管痉挛的疗效观察 |

【摘要】 目的 观察川芎嗪胶囊治疗脑血管痉挛的疗效。方法 将134例患者分为对照组60例和治疗组74例，对照组给予维脑路通和复方丹参片，治疗组加用川芎嗪治疗，1个月后观察比较两组疗效。结果 治疗组治愈26例，有效42例，总有效率91.8 %；对照组治愈10例，有效24例，总有效率56.67 %,两组差异有显著意义。结论 川芎嗪胶囊治疗脑血管痉挛疗效显著。

［Abstract］ Objective To observe the curative effect of Chuanxiongzine capsule on treating the cerebral angiospasm in the elderly.Methods 134 patients randomly divided into two groups.74 patients in treatment group were treated with Chuanxiongzine capsule，60 patients in control group were treated with Fufangdanshen tablets,with a treatment course of one month for both groups. The therapeutic effect in both groups was observed and compared after one treatment course.Results In treatment group 26 cases were cured and 42 cases were on mend. The total effective rate in treatment group was 91.8 %. In control group 10 cases were cured and 24 cases were on the mend. The total effective rate in control group was 56.67% .There was a significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Chuanxiongzine capsule is effective in treating the cerebral angiospasm.
