反相高效液相色谱法测定非洛地平缓释片的含量 |

【摘要】 目的：建立反相高效液相色谱法测定非洛地平缓释片含量的方法。方法：采用sinochrom-ODS-BP色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)，以甲醇∶水(70∶30)为流动相，紫外检测波长240 nm，流速为1.2 mL/min，柱温为30 ℃。结果：本法在非洛地平浓度为5 μg/mL～50 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数γ=0.9996，，日内精密度RSD≤1.7%。方法平均回收率为99.5%。结论：本法处理简便快速，测定准确、重现性好，适合于非洛地平缓释片质控中的含量测定。

Abstract Objective：A reversed phase HPLC method was developed to determine the contents of felodipine in felodipine sustained-release tablets．Methods：sinochrom ODS-BP column(200 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)was used，and the mobile phase was composed of methanol-water(70∶30)．The detection wavelength was at 240 nm with the flow rate at 1.2 mL/min，column temperature was controlled about 30 ℃．Results：The linear range was 5 μg/mL～50 μg/mL for felodipine（γ=0.9996），The average recoveries of felodipine were 99.5% ( RSD≤1.7%)．Conclusion：This method appeared to be rapid，simple and accurate．
