【摘要】 用HPLC法测定冠心丹参胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量。方法 采用Kromasil100-5 C18柱（250mm×4.6mm, 5μm），以乙腈-甲醇-1％甲酸溶液（10：30：60）为流动相，检测波长为286nm。结果 丹酚酸B在0.08～1.64μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为97.9%,RSD为2.0%（n=6）。结论 本法简便、快速，结果准确可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Guanxindanshen capsules by HPLC.Methods Kromasil100-5 C18 column （250×4.6mm,5um） was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-1%formic acid solution （10:30:60）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1 and the detection wavelength was 286nm.Results There was good linearity in the range of 0.08-1.64μg （r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 97.9% with RSD2.0%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple, accurate ,reproducible and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
