【摘要】 目的 应用反相高效液相色谱法测定单体绿原酸的含量。方法 流动相：0.1％甲酸-乙腈（92:8）（pH 2.6），色谱柱：C18（250×4.6 mm,5 μm），测定波长：323 nm。结果 绿原酸在2.50 μg·ml-1～125.00 μg·ml-1范围内线性良好，平均回收率为100.9%。结论 该方法简便、可靠、准确，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract：Objective To determinate the content of CHA for high-purified raw materials by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography.Methods HPLC condition was C18 column（250×4.6 mm,5μm）with the mixture of acetonitrile- water( containing 0.1％ formic acid)(92∶8)(pH2.6)as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 with the detection wavelength at 323 nm.Results The method proved to be linear over the range of 2.50μg·ml-1～125.00μg·ml-1.The average recovery of the assay was 100.9 %.Conclusion The method appeared to be simple,reliable and accurate,and it could be used for the quality control of the preparation.
