[高血压医学论文] 【摘要】 综述了近年来骨髓基质干细胞（bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs）在股骨头坏死领域的研究。对MSCs的生物学特性、分离与培养及成骨特性三方面内容进行论述，揭示MSCs的内在特性，说明其有潜力治疗骨坏死疾病；对MSCs治疗股骨头坏死临床运用的论述，说明MSCs治疗骨坏死疾病的可行性；并分析展望骨髓基质干细胞在应用上存在的问题及今后所要解决的难点。

Abstract: There is a summary for the study of MSCs in the area of osteonecrosis of the femoral head.It discusses the bionomics, isolation and culture, and osteogenesis of MSCs to expose its internal character, which has the potentiality to treat the osteonecrosis; Through the discussion of clinical application of MSCs in treating osteonecrosis of the femoral head, it provides the feasibility to treat the osteonecrosis with MSCs. At last, it analyzes and prospects the problems, which would be faced in the near future.

骨髓基质干细胞（bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs）具有强大的自我增殖能力和分化多潜能性，可通过诱导向成骨方向分化。而股骨头坏死（osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH）为进展性的难治疾病，给患者带来极大的痛苦，目前临床上多采用手术治疗，但手术创伤大，费用高，常造成治疗的障碍。因此，新型有效微创的治疗方法是今后的趋势。MSCs这种可在体外控制性培养并能在植入体内后向成骨分化的特性，给股骨头坏死的治疗带来新的突破，本文就骨髓基质干细胞治疗股骨头坏死的研……
