      【Abstract】  Through a Survey and analysis on the reason and status of hospital infection of medical personnel in departmert of stomatology，the paper pointed out the weakness in hospital management，and how to strengthen the management of  occupational   protection.

   医院感染的监测对象包括患者、陪伴、医务人员等暴露于医院危险环境中的各类人群。由于某些客观因素存在，我国现阶段的监测重点主要是住院患者，但随着人们对医院感染认识的提高，职业防护 问题 被医学界提到了工作日程，而存在于口腔科诊疗过程中的严重污染问题作为医院管理的一个薄弱环节，已日益受到医学界及 社会 各界人士的广泛关注。因此，加强口腔科医务人员职业防护不得不作为一个医学问题和社会问题而被重视。
