【摘要】 目的 探讨颌颈部慢性溃疡创面的皮瓣修复效果。方法 1997年11月～2003年10月用下斜方肌皮瓣移植修复颌颈部慢性溃疡创面16例，皮瓣面积7cm×9cm～12cm×15cm。结果 16例颌颈部溃疡创面均一期修复，效果良好。结论 下斜方肌岛状肌皮瓣移植可利用面积大，血运丰富，修复颌颈部慢性溃疡效果可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective To report the clinical effects of inferior trapezius muscle island flap in the treatment of cervicofacial ulcers.Methods From1997to2003，jaw and cervical ulcers in16cases were repaired with inferior trapezius muscle island flap.The flap sizes were7cm×9cm to12cm×15cm.Results All the16casesof jaw and cervical ulcer healed by the first period.Conclusion Based on the reliable size and plentiful blood circulation，inferiˉor trapezius muscle island flap can be very effective.

肿瘤、放疗及外伤等可导致颌颈部慢性溃疡，手术修复较困难 ^［1，2］ 。自1997年11月以来，我们应用下斜方肌岛状肌皮瓣一期修复16例颌颈部慢性溃疡病例，取得满意效果。

1 应用解剖

斜方肌位于项背上部，可分为上、中、下3部分，主要供血来自颈横动脉及其分支。颈横动脉发出后行向外上方，越过斜角肌等进入枕三角，背段于肩胛上角外……
