    【摘要】  目的  观察静脉溶栓治疗老年急性脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法  对符合静脉溶栓条件的病人在患者或家属同意后给予尿激酶溶栓治疗，将接受静脉溶栓治疗的194例患者按年龄分为老年组(≥60岁)和非老年组（＜60岁）两组。对两组病人在治疗前后神经功能缺损分别予以评分，并以此来判断溶栓的治疗效果。结果  对比两组患者的疗效，差异无显著性，并对比两组患者的溶栓后继发颅内出血的发生率，差异无显著性。结论  老年急性脑梗死溶栓治疗安全、可行，值得临床推广。
