【摘要】  　　运用AHP方法对广州地区的15所三甲医院进行了分析，建立了医院综合指标规模评价的数学模型，给出了确定规模评价排序的方法。对15所医院构成的集合P与12个医院技术衡量指标构成的集合R组成的三甲医院组成规模评价模型进行了实证分析,结合2004年广东省卫生统计年鉴的数据给出医院集合P中所有医院规模评价的排序。

　　Analysis on the Scale Evaluation Model of 15 Threetertiary Hospitals in Guangzhou with AHP MethodTian

　　Abstract  we study the threetertiary hospitals in Guangzhou area with AHP method, make a scale evaluation model of these hospitals, and present a method which can be used to determine the priority order of the hospitals' evaluation in the 15 threetertiary hospitals. At the same time, we make a empirical analysis with a evaluation model compared by these 15 threetertiary hospitals and 12 technical criterions, and the priority order of 15 threetertiary hospitals’ scale evaluation is given using 2004 data in Guangdong health statistical yearbook.
