【摘要】  目的： 研究食管癌患者转录因子T-bet，GATA-3的基因表达及其对患者免疫状态的影响。方法： 根据其CT分期将40例食管癌患者分为两组：一组为第Ⅰ，Ⅱ期患者，另一组为第Ⅲ，Ⅳ期患者；荧光定量PCR技术检测40例食管癌患者及20例健康对照者外周血单核细胞T-bet，GATA-3 mRNA的表达水平；ELISA法检测血浆中辅助性T细胞1型(Th1)细胞因子IFN-γ及辅助性T细胞2型(Th2)细胞因子IL-4。结果： 食管癌组较对照组T-bet mRNA表达明显降低，GATA-3 mRNA表达明显升高，IFN-γ表达明显降低，IL-4表达明显升高，不同期别食管癌组间差异不显著。T-bet，GATA-3分别与IFN-γ，IL-4呈正相关。结论： 食管癌患者Th1型细胞因子表达降低，Th2型细胞因子表达升高，即Th1/Th2平衡被打破，发生了向Th2方向的漂移，免疫功能受损；这种改变受到转录因子T-bet，GATA-3的调控，T-bet表达的减少在这种调控中可能起着关键的作用。

　　［Abstract］  Objective: To evaluate the expression of transcription factors  T-bet/GATA-3 mRNA in patients with esophageal carcinoma and their influence on those patients′ immunity.Methods： According to CT image,patients were divided into two groups, stage I plus II, and, stage Ⅲ plus Ⅳ; The gene expression of T-bet/GATA-3 in patients with esophageal carcinoma and control group was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction RT-PCR.The expression of IFN-γ and IL-4 for Th1/Th2 cytokine was measured by ELISA.  Results： T-bet mRNA expression of esophageal carcinoma was significantly lower than that in control, the expression of GATA-3 mRNA in esophageal carcinoma was significantly enhanced.
