【摘要】  　　目的 分析人群中免疫功能状态及变化。方法 使用重庆天基权产TJQQ-C型量子共振检测仪；直接法自动检测健康体检人群共1 690人次，按年龄分成人组1 200例，老年组490例；检测指标：免疫功能、免疫球蛋白、补体免疫、细胞免疫、细胞因子免疫。结果 正常人群总体免疫功能量化值在12～14，95%可信区间11～15；老年组免疫功能下降显著(P<0.001)；>80岁下降约50%。肿瘤患者免疫各项指标下降，过敏性疾病细胞因子免疫增强，糖尿病人补体免疫下降显著。结论 量子共振检测为了解机体的免疫状况提供了简便、快捷、有效的方法，具有广泛的应用价值和实用的临床意义。

　　【Abstract】  Objective    To investigate the state and changes of the immunity function in the healthy population.Methods   The TJQQ-C Quantum resonance spectrometer (QRS) was used for measuring healthy population for 1 690 times. The population included the adult group of 1 200 cases (control group) and the elderly group of 490 cases.The immunity, immunoglobulin, complements, cellular immunity, cellular factor immunity were measured. Results   The value of the population immunity ranged from 12 to 14 in the control group (95% CI:11～15).The immunity was significantly decreased in the elderly group (P<0.001).　All the indexes of the immunity were decreased in the tumor patients. The cellular factor immunity was raised in the patients with the allergic diseases. The complement immunity was decreased in the type II diabetes patients.Conclusion   The quantum resonance detection was ……
