我国金融衍生品研究综述及建议 |
[证券投资分析论文]
摘要：金融衍生品是金融创新的核心，国内外学术界和实业界对它的存在与发展从不同角度给予了关注。我国加入WTO之后，开设金融衍生品市场已提到议事日程。通过对我国1995—2007年关于“金融衍生品研究”的大部分文献进行评析，总结了金融衍生品研究的特点，并提出了开展金融衍生品研究的建议，以期为深入研究金融衍生品的学者提供基础和参考。
