急性脑血管病患者血清内源性类洋地黄物质与低钠血症的临床观察 |
[护理学论文] 《Clinical Observation on Serum Endogenous Digitalislike Substance and Hyponatremia in Patients with Acute Cerebral Disorders》Abstract Serum natrium and serum endogenous digitalislike substance(EDLS) were measured in 100 patients with acute cerebral disorders.The results showed that serum natrium and EDLS had a negative relation;serum EDLS was higher in patients with coma than in patients without coma(P<0.05).Our study indicates that hyponatremia develops easily in acute cerebral disorder patients with coma,especially in those with cerebral hemorrhage.The more severe the disease is ,the more easily the hyponatremia develops. 摘要 为探讨急性脑血管病患者血清内源性类洋地黄物质与并发低钠血症的关系,对100例急性脑血管病患者进行血钠及EDLS测定,结果,血清钠与EDLS含量呈负相关(r= 3.858,P<0.05);有意识障碍者血清EDLS明显高于无意识障碍者(P<0.05)。提示有意识障碍的急性脑血管病患者易并发低钠血症,尤其是脑出血患者,且病情越重,并发低钠血症的可能性越大。 关键词 脑血管疾病,急性 血清内源性类洋地黄物质 血清钠 低钠血症Key words Cerebral disorder,acute Serum endogenous digitalislike substance(EDLS) Serum natrium Hyponatremia 内源性类洋地黄物质(EDLS)主要来源于下丘脑,具有强心、利尿、缩血管作用,是中枢性体液、血压调节因子。急性脑血管病时,由于脑血循环障碍,直接或间接损害下丘脑,使EDLS分泌释放增加[1],从而使利尿排钠增加,造成低钠血症。本文对100例急性脑血管病患者的血清钠和内源性类洋地黄物质进行分析,就其临床意义及护理方面的问题作一总结。 &……
