【摘 要】随着科学技术的高速发展，人类已进入信息化时代，计算机已出现在各个角落，人们可以自由地实现文化信息的获取、传播、交流、创造、娱乐，极大程度地影响和改变现实社会中人的行为方式、思维方式、价值观、人生观。《计算机应用基础》课不仅能培养学生操作计算机的技能，更能培养学生的计算机素质，这符合计算机技术发展的规律，也符合素质教育的要求。为适应社会的发展和工作岗位的需求，中职学校学生很有必要学习计算机的基础性操作的相关知识。
