【摘要】一个好的班级体是学生成长的沃土。班主任应是这沃土的开垦者。素质教育在班主任辛勤耕耘中落实。学生的高尚情操在养成教育中闪光。回顾自己的教育实践,汇聚点滴小事,深深感到,要实现以上目标,班级的凝聚力是保障。 【关键词】班级;凝聚力;学生;素质 【Abstract】A good class and grade body is the fertile soil which the student grows. Reviews own education practice, the gathering intravenous drip minor matter, deeply deeply felt above, must achieve the goal, class’s and grade’s cohesive force is the safeguard. 【Key words】Class and grade; Cohesive force; Student; Quality 学校是养成健全人格,培养人才的场所。班级是促进其奋发努力,形成良好行为习惯,培养高尚品德的主阵地!班主任是班集体的灵魂,是班集体的组织者、领导者和教育者。班主任应该深谙教育,教学规律,深谙学生生理、心理规律,掌握教育、教学艺术。肩担祖国重担,把学生培养成为德、智、体全面发……
